Glasgow City Heritage Trust and Online – a talk hosted as part of Glasgow’s Doors Open Day 2023

Scott Abercrombie, Chair of the Society, will look at Thomson’s urban commercial buildings and the lasting impact they have had on the city’s streetscape. These represent some of Thomson’s most important works including the Bucks Head Building, Grecian Chambers (now the CCA), and of course Egyptian Halls. 

This talk is being delivered as part of a grant from Glasgow City Heritage Trust towards repair works being carried out at 84 Miller Street, a Thomson and Turnbull commercial building. 

Tickets are free but booking via Eventbrite is essential due to limited capacity.
